College Scholarship Fund
We are extremely excited to announce that new for 2023 we have started our college scholarship foundation! We will award 2 scholarships per year to be used towards earning your college degree! Each scholarship will be worth $1,000. Our selection criteria will be based off a written essay describing your experience with neuromuscular disease and how it has impacted your life. The committee will read and evaluate all essays and select the winners prior to August!
General Assistance Fund
We support a number of causes for individuals and families suffering with neuromuscular diseases. If you are in need of items such as Accessibility equipment, modifications to a home, fundraising for service animals, medical expenses, etc. please fill out the application below! Our goal is to help as many other families as possible, however each case will be reviewed on an individual basis. Due to limited resources, we will only be able to help a certain amount of individuals, but please apply below and we will absolutely reach out to you!
