We have been working hard to get the signup page working for the 2023 Golf Outing, and we are happy to share the signup is live today!

Above is the link that will take you to the form to signup. You can also scan this QR code from your mobile device to access the form. On the form, you will be asked to signup as a single or a team. There is also an option for "sponsorship only", "Donation Only" or "volunteer only".

If signing up as a team, please include your team members names in the "Team Members and Contact info" section.

 

Also new for this year, we have updated our sponsorship opportunities. Here is the NEW list of options:

PLATINUM SPONSORSHIP (PERSONALIZED VIDEO FROM JAXON, DINNER SPONSOR, 2 HOLE SPONSOSHIPS, SPECIAL RECOGNITION AT AWARDS CEREMONY, LOGO POSTED ON JAXONSSUPERHEROES.ORG) - $1,000

 

GOLD SPONSORSHIP (PERSONALIZED VIDEO, DINNER SPONSOR, 1 HOLE SPONSORSHIP) - $500

SILVER SPONSORSHIP (LUNCH SPONSORSHIP, LOGO ON CARTS) - $250

HOLE SPONSORSHIPS - $100 per hole

After filling out all of this information, click "Submit". You will then be taken to a confirmation page with a link on it that states "Your Response has been recorded, and payment is required to complete the next step". Just below that message, another message will state "Use the link below to complete your order". This link will take you to a SECURE portal to allow you to pay your registration online. We are happy to announce that this year we are accepting all major credit/debit card transactions, as well as PayPal and Venmo.

If you are submitting a donation, please reach out to Chelsea or Jacob to register the item you are donating.

We anticipate that the spots will go fast this year, so don't wait until the last minute to signup! Remember that no spots will be held until signup is complete AND paid in full.
